What is the dress code?
Cocktail attire to tear up the dance floor.
(please note that stilettos aren't recommended due to the surface of the floor at Half Acre; block heels will be fiiiiiiine).
Is the Ceremony outside?
Yes the ceremony is outside on an open lawn. There will be seating, however, some people may have to stand.
Where is the best access to the ceremony at Kings Domain Gardens?
The best drop off point is on Government House Drive and for those parking on St. Kilda Road or Linlithgow Avenue, the best access will be at the King George V monument.

What will the reception be like?
The reception is going to be a cocktail style event with a seriously large and delicious spread of food designed to be piled up high and eaten while you mingle. We guarantee you won't go hungry!!
What do we do between Ceremony and Reception
We suggest the Cornerstone in Port Melbourne, which is just a few hundred meters from the front door of Half Acre. Then its a little mozy on down to the reception venue which opens its doors at 5:30.
What kind of parking is there?
Some free street parking is available at both venues.
Both venues also have tram stops at their door steps:

How do we get from the ceremony to Half Acre?
It is a quick 8 minute drive, a brisk 40 minute walk or an adventurous 15 minute lime scooter between the two venues. For those who like to plan ahead, you can click on the venue names and addresses above which will take you to their respective websites and maps for directions.
Do we bring a gift for the Bride and Groom?
Your love, laughter and company on our wedding day is the greatest gift of all. However if you wish to honor us with a gift, a contribution toward our honeymoon would really make our day.
Can I bring a plus one, two or three?
Only those specifically addressed on an invitation are able to attend. We have had to work closely with our venue who accomodate a strict number of guests.
